摘　　要：目的:探讨团体生物反馈治疗对精神分裂症患者焦虑症状的疗效。方法:选取2018年1—6月在汕头大学精神卫生中心住院治疗的精神分裂症伴焦虑症状患者316例,采用随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组,每组158例。两组患者均接受常规抗精神病药物治疗,治疗组同时进行团体生物反馈治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)和匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,治疗组进行心率变异分析。结果:治疗前两组SAS、PANSS、PSQI总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组4周后与治疗前和对照组相比,SAS、PSQI总分均降低(P<0.05)。治疗组4周后与治疗前比,身体放松指数和心理放松指数均升高(P<0.05)。结论:在常规抗精神病药物治疗的基础上采用团体生物反馈治疗有助于改善精神分裂症患者的焦虑症状和睡眠质量,促进身心放松。Objective:To explore the effect of group biofeedback on anxiety symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods:316 schizophrenic patients with anxiety symptoms who were hospitalized in the Shantou University Mental Health Center from January to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 158 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received the routine treatment of antipsychotic drugs.The treatment group was treated with group biofeedback at the same time.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of SAS,PANSS and PSQI were compared between the two groups,and the heart rate variability analysis was performed in the treatment group at the same time.Results:There was no significant difference in SAS,PANSS and PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of SAS and PSQI in the treatment group were lower than those before and in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the body relaxation index and mental relaxation index in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group biofeedback therapy based on conventional antipsychotics can improve anxiety symptoms and sleep quality of schizophrenic patients with anxiety,and promote physical and mental relaxation.
