公安院校“道路交通控制”课程混合式教学模式探索——以四川警察学院为例

摘　　要：“道路交通控制”是公安院校交通管理工程专业的重要核心课程。在公安院校应用型人才转型背景下,随着“互联网+教育”的不断推进,公安教育更加重视学生综合素质与专业技能的培养,传统的教学方法已经无法满足当前的教学需求。基于“翻转课堂”与“对分课堂”的混合式教学新模式,是对传统教学方式的有效补充。四川警察学院从“道路交通控制”课程特点、学生职业特点,以及“道路交通控制”课程教学现状出发,在教材重新编写与教改试点内容选择、教学模块的搭建、课时安排及学习小组构建、学习激励机制的强化和学习效果评价的改进等方面进行的探索显示:“对分+翻转”课程混合式教学模式有利于公安应用型人才培养目标的达成。Traffic Signal Control(TSC)is an important core course for the students majoring in traffic management engineering in public security colleges and universities.The cultivation of students’comprehensive qualities and professional skills is attached more and more emphasis with the continuous promotion of“internet+education”in the context of applied talents transformation in public security colleges and universities.The new blended teaching mode based on PAD class and flipped class is an effective supplement to the traditional teaching method that can no longer meet the current needs.Sichuan Police College has made some explorations on the new teaching mode from the reform of teaching material,teaching module,teaching arrangement,construction of teaching group,incentive mechanism and effect evaluation on the basis of students’characteristic,and feature and current situation of the course.The result shows that the new teaching mode is beneficial to the cultivation of public security applied talents.
