摘  要:通过分析特厚P20模具钢机械加工困难的原因,发现钢板心部存在较为严重的C、Mn、Cr等元素偏析,导致该部位形成大量的马氏体和残余奥氏体的混合组织,钢板心部硬度远大于其他部位,影响了钢板的加工和使用性能。为此,优化连铸、轧制及热处理工艺,减轻钢板的心部偏析,降低钢板心部残余奥氏体量,改善了P20钢板的使用和加工性能。In this essay,the reasons why extra-thick P20 steel plates were difficult to process were analyzed,and it was found that there was a serious element segregation for elements like C,Mn,and Cr in the core of steel plates,which led to the formation of substantial mix microstructure composed of martensite and residual austenite.Thus hardness of the core of steel plates was much greater than that of other parts,which affected the processability and usability of steel plates.Therefore,by optimizing the continuous casting,rolling and heat treatment processes,the core segregation of steel plates was reduced and hence so was residual austenite in the core of steel plates,which finally led to the improvement of processability and usability of steel plates.
