四花穴隔药灸联合格拉司琼治疗原发性肝癌患者介入术后恶心呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四花穴隔药灸联合格拉司琼治疗原发性肝癌患者介入术后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的原发性肝癌介入术后恶心呕吐患者74例,分为治疗组与对照组,每组37例。对照组患者给予盐酸格拉司琼静脉滴注治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用隔药灸治疗。观察两组患者恶心呕吐症状评分、胃液引流量及胃管留置时间,比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组患者在恶心呕吐症状评分、胃液引流量、胃管留置时间方面明显均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.89%、72.97%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四花穴隔药灸联合格拉司琼可以明显改善原发性肝癌患者介入术后恶心呕吐症状,缩短胃管留置时间,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sihua point moxibustion combined with granisetron in the treatment of nausea and vomit after primary liver cancer intervention.Methods:Seventy-four patients with nausea and vomit were divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with granisetron hydrochloride intravenous drip,and the treatment group was treated with moxibustion.To observe the nausea and vomit symptoms,gastric juice flow and gastric tube retention time of the two groups,and to count the clinical effect.Results:After the treatment,the score of nausea and vomit,gastric juice flow rate and gastric tube retention time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rotal effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.89%and 72.97%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sihua point separated moxibustion combined with granisetron can obviously improve the nausea and vomit symptoms of primary liver cancer after interventional operation,shorten the time of gastric tube retentiong,and have a signigicant clinical effect.
