农业高职院校发展的现实困境与转型探索

摘　　要：国家乡村振兴战略、农业现代化建设急需高素质的农业人才,这一历史机遇为我国农业高职院校的发展提供前所未有的契机,但是农业院校在发展中面临众多困境,不利的趋势近几年越加明显。通过分析农业院校现实困境的原因,提出农业院校要转变观念、真抓实干,从利用国家惠农政策、完善农业专业课程设置、加大创新创业教育力度及扩大招生宣传等方面积极调整,以适应当今时代的要求。The national strategy of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization are in urgent need of high-quality agricultural talents.This historical opportunity provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of agricultural higher vocational colleges in China.However,agricultural colleges and universities are facing many difficulties in the development of agricultural colleges and universities,and the unfavorable trend has become more and more obvious in recent years.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the realistic predicament of agricultural colleges and universities,this paper put forward that agricultural colleges and universities should change their ideas and do their best.In order to met the requirements of the times,we should make use of the national policy of benefiting agriculture,perfect the curriculum of agricultural specialty,strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship and expand the propaganda of enrollment.
