糖皮质激素治疗角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖皮质激素治疗角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿的疗效。方法:2017年10月-2018年10月收治角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿患者103例,随机分为两组。A组给予妥布霉素滴眼液治疗;B组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率高于A组,且B组角膜水肿消退时间短于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用糖皮质激素治疗角膜异物剔除术后角膜水肿患者,临床效果显著,可有效缩短角膜水肿时间。Objective:To observe the effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of corneal edema after corneal foreign body removal.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,103 patients with corneal edema after corneal foreign body removal were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.A group was treated with tobramycin eye drops and B group was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in B group was higher than A group,and the regression time of corneal edema was shorter than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of glucocorticoid in the treatment of corneal edema after corneal foreign body removal has a significant clinical effect and it can effectively shorten the time of corneal edema.
