摘　　要：目的:Meta分析RASSFIA基因甲基化和肝细胞癌的相关性。方法:检索文献,提取资料,评估文献质量,进行统计学分析。结果:初步检索获取87篇相关文献,采用Endnote X6文献管理软件将重复文献祛除,获取49篇文献;对文题、摘要进行阅读,将不符合主题、会议文章、综述的文献等排除,获取18篇文献;对全文进行进一步阅读,15篇不符合纳入标准,最终将3篇文献纳入;纳入文献NOS评分均在4分及以上。Meta分析显示,肝癌组织中RASSFIA基因甲基化率显著高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RASSFIA基因甲基化和肝细胞癌呈显著的正相关关系,值得临床充分重视。Objective:Meta analysis of the relationship between methylation of RASSFIA gene and hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:We searched literature,extracted data,evaluated the quality of literature,and conducted statistical analysis.Results:87 related literatures were retrieved,using endnote X6 document management software to eliminate duplicate documents,49 documents were obtained.We read the questions and abstracts,excluded the papers that do not conform to the theme,meeting articles and reviews,and 18 documents were obtained.We read the full text further,15 articles did not meet the inclusion criteria,and finally 3 articles were included.The scores of NOS in the included literature were 4 or above.Meta analysis showed that the methylation rate of RASSFIA gene in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a significant positive correlation between methylation of RASSFIA gene and hepatocellular carcinoma,it is worthy of clinical full attention.
