百乐眠胶囊治疗高血压病伴睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百乐眠胶囊治疗高血压病伴睡眠障碍患者的成效。方法:2016年1月-2019年6月收治高血压病伴睡眠障碍患者200例,分为两组,各100例。研究组行常规降压治疗,同时用百乐眠治疗;参照组实施常规降压治疗外加服谷维素。比较两组治疗成效。结果:研究组血压改善程度及PSQI评分改善效果明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压病伴睡眠障碍者应用百乐眠胶囊治疗可以获得到良好的成效,能帮助患者显著改善睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Bailemian capsule in the treatment of patients with hypertension and sleep disorders.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,200 patients with hypertension and sleep disorders were admitted,they were divided into the two groups with 100 cases in each group.The study group was treated with routine antihypertensive therapy and Bailemian.The reference group was treated with routine antihypertensive therapy combined with oryzanol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of blood pressure and PSQI score in the study group were significantly better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Taking Bailemen capsule to treat hypertension patients with sleep disorders can achieve good results,and can help patients to improve sleep quality more significantly.
