他克莫司软膏联合强的松治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究他克莫司软膏联合强的松治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓(Oral lichen planus,OLP)的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年12月—2019年4月收治的96例OLP患者,按照治疗方案的不同分为观察组(48例)与对照组(48例)。对照组单纯给予强的松治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用他克莫司软膏治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、复发情况,检测并观察两组治疗前免疫功能水平。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组免疫功能CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+明显高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05);此外,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在OLP治疗中使用他克莫司软膏联合强的松可有效改善机体免疫功能,预后良好,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combined with prednisone in the treatment of oral lichen planus(OLP).Methods:96 patients with OLP admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to April 2019 were divided into study group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with prednisone alone.On this basis,the study group was treated with tacrolimus for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared,and the difference of immune function between the two groups before treatment was detected and observed.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function(CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while CD8^+was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of tacrolimus ointment and prednisone in the treatment of OLP patients can effectively improve the body's immune function,and the prognosis is good,which is worth promoting.
