摘 要:以汉能集团2014~2018年自主创新纵向案例,作为探索性案例研究,基于动态能力观和能力重构过程,分析和归纳跨国并购背景下企业自主创新能力的构成、演化过程及机制,打开了自主创新能力研究的黑箱。研究表明:汉能以技术引进为起点,经历了取精纳新的二次创新阶段、强强联手的集成创新阶段及闭关修炼的原始创新阶段,自主创新能力是沿着以学习吸收为主的二次创新能力→以资源整合为主的集成创新能力→以自主研发为主的原始创新能力的路径演化。最后,构造了主能力+子能力的匹配模式,丰富了自主创新能力结构体系的构成及层级划分的研究。As an exploratory case study,this paper focuses on the vertical cases of independent innovation of Hanergy from 2014 to 2018. Based on the dynamic capability view and capability reconstruction process,it analyzes and summarizes the constitution,evolution process and mechanism of independent innovation capability of enterprises in the context of transnational mergers and acquisitions,thus opening a black box for the study of independent innovation capability. Result shows that Hanergy to technology import as a starting point,through the secondary innovation stage of "deflower and take in the flesh",integrated innovation stage of "win-win co-operation" and "closed-door practice" of uniting the original innovation stage,and its independent innovation ability is a dynamic evolution process of "secondary innovation ability → integrated innovation ability → original innovation ability". Finally,it constructs a matching model of "main capacity + sub-capacity".
