严格入孵对孵化器整体孵育绩效的影响及作用机制

摘　　要：以2013~2018年我国10个地区的317家孵化器为研究样本,从中观视角实证检验了入孵严格程度对孵化器整体孵育绩效的影响及作用机理。结果发现:申请入孵淘汰率与孵化器内在孵企业平均净资产收益率呈显著正相关关系。相较其他企业,在专业孵化器、民营孵化器及非协会成员孵化器中,严格入孵对孵育绩效的提升作用更加显著。进一步对中介传导机制的实证检验结果表明,严格入孵通过提升孵化器编配效果与在孵企业合作水平促进了孵化器的整体孵育绩效,且通过提升孵化器编配效果的促进作用更加显著。Taking 317 incubators in ten regions of China from 2013 to 2018 as samples,this paper empirically tests the im-pact of the degree of strict incubation on the overall Incubation Performance of incubators and its mechanism from a meso perspective.Result shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the rate of application for incubation and the rate of return on average net assets.Moreover,compared with other enterprises,in professional incubator,private incubator and non association member incubator,strict incubation has more significant effect on incubation performance.Further em-pirical test results of the intermediary transmission mechanism show that strict incubation promotes the overall incubation performance of the incubator by improving the effect of incubator allocation and the level of cooperation between the incuba-ting enterprises,and the effect is more significant by improving the effect of incubator allocation.
