摘 要:以制造业转型升级为背景,构建制造业技能人才胜任特征模型。结合技能人才胜任特征的内涵,从创新驱动、绿色低碳、智能化、服务化四个方面提炼制造业转型升级对技能人才胜任特征的要求,构建技能人才胜任特征的理论框架,并对不同维度胜任特征的内涵进行剖析。通过问卷调研采用实证研究方法对该模型进行验证,结果表明:制造业技能人才胜任特征模型由26个胜任特征构成,涵盖了技能特征、创新特征、知识特征、个人特质、社交协作、职业能力6个维度。This paper explores the competency model of manufacturing skilled talents,based on the transformation and upgra-ding of manufacturing industry.Based on the content of the skilled talents'competence characteristics,it analyzes the re-quirements of the skill transformation and upgrading of the skilled talents from the aspects of innovation drive,green low car-bon,intelligence and service.Furthermore,it also constructs the theoretical framework of competency characteristics of skilled talents,and analyzes the connotation of competency characteristics of different dimensions.Though the questionnaire survey,this model is validated by empirical research.Result shows that the skill talents competency model consists of 6 di-mensions and 26 competent features,which include skill characteristics,innovation characteristics,knowledge characteristics,personal characteristics,social collaboration,professional ability.
