论高校大学生创新创业教育中的创新

摘  要:高校大学生创新创业教育已经从1.0版迈向了2.0版,即将迈向3.0版。但高校在大学生创新创业教育方面还停留在1.0版,认为“创新创业”教育就是就业创业培训。高校抓好创新创业教育工作必须要在指导思想上创新,思想是行动的先导,思想僵化事业停滞不前;教育方案上创新,把创新创业教育贯穿人才培养的全过程,纵向到边,横向到底,不留死角;师资队伍建设上创新,以立德树人为根本,学高为师,身正为范;课程体系建设上创新,构建“333”课程群;教学内容上创新,创新创业共为一体;教学手段上创新,现代与传统真融合;考核方式上创新,打通最后一道屏障。College students’innovation and entrepreneurship education has moved from version 1.0 to version 2.0,and will soon move to version 3.0.However,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education still stays at version 1.0,which holds that“innovation and entrepreneurship”education is employment and entrepreneurship training.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities must be innovated in guiding ideology.Ideology is the guide of action and the cause of ideological stagnation.Innovation in educational programs should run through the whole process of personnel training,both vertical and horizontal without missing anything.Innovation in the construction of teaching staff should be based on moral cultivation.A good learning makes a teacher and moral integrity makes a model.Innovation is in department construction,in construction of“333”curriculum group,and in teaching content in order to integrate innovation with entrepreneurship as a whole.Innovation is in teaching methods,i.e.integration of modern and traditional teaching,in assessment methods to break through the last barrier.
