摘　　要：西医院校设置中医学已有几十年历史,如何提高中医针灸教学质量,是庞大数量的西医院校针灸教师关注的焦点。本文介绍了王敏华名老中医40年来通过引经据典,突出经典事件和人物,结合武侠小说、影视作品、名人效应,结合自身经历感受激发学生学习兴趣;通过取象比类,划经点穴使学生对经络和腧穴知识一目了然;通过注重实践练习并衷中参西,既熟练了手法又保证了针刺的安全;与时俱进,在针灸治疗教学中注重问题式学习和案例教学法,取得了较好的教学效果,这些具体的点滴经验对西医院校针灸教师有参考价值。Western medical university has set up traditional Chinese medicine for decades.How to improve the teaching quality of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine is the focus of attention of a large number of acupuncture and moxibustion teachers in Western medical university.This paper introduces Wang Minhua’s famous veteran TCM doctor in the past 40 years through quoting classics,highlighting classical events and characters,combining martial arts fiction,film and television works,celebrity effects,and combining his own experience to stimulate students'interest in learning;through analogy,drawing meridians and acupoints to enable students to understand the knowledge of meridians and acupoints at a glance;by focusing on practical practice and sincerely referring to the West,they are both skilled in techniques and guarantees.With the development of the times,we pay attention to problem-based learning and case-based teaching method in the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and have achieved good teaching results.This specific experience has reference value for the teachers of acupuncture and moxibustion in Western Medical University.
