摘 要:当前环卫企业纯电动压缩式垃圾车续航里程短、动力不足等问题突出,而传统的结构轻量化方案效果并不理想。为此,以寻求垃圾车压缩关键部件刮滑板的最优结构为研究目标,引入HyperMesh工程软件中拓扑优化模块以及有限元静力分析模块,建立了基于变密度理论SIMP法的拓扑优化数学模型,并结合现有结构尺寸优化、形状优化方法完成了刮滑板结构设计及有限元校验。研究结果表明:引入先进的拓扑优化方法可有效优化刮滑板结构,并降低刮滑板总质量,为拓扑优化理论在实际工程中对复杂零部件的轻量化技术研究以及新产品结构设计提供了先进的设计研究方案。At present,with the short range and power shortage of pure electric compression garbage truck becoming more and more serious and the effect of traditional lightweight design not being so good,now through introducing the modules of topological optimization and finite element static analysis which seek the optimum structure of compactor board as research target establishes the mathematical model for topological optimization based on variable density method solid isotropic microstructure with penalization(SIMP)and finishes the structure design and verify of finite element combined with size optimization and shape optimization.The research data shows that the introduction of advanced topology optimization method can effectively optimize the structure and reduce the quality of compactor board,which provides an advanced design research scheme for the study of lightweight technology of complex parts and the design of new product structure in practical engineering.
