摘　　要：老旧高层建筑存在电梯运营能力不足、难以满足上下班高峰期乘坐需求的情况。通过对某电梯的提速改造潜力与经济性进行分析,提出修改变频器输出频率来调节电机的转速及添加传感器实时监控轿厢运行速度和位置来调节电梯运行速度,最后对电梯曳引力进行计算和校核。It is difficult to meet the peak demand of commuting due to the insufficiency of elevator operation capacity for old high-buildings.By analyzing the potential speed-up transformation and economical efficiency of elevator,the mending of the output frequency of the inverter to adjust the speed of the motor and the adding of sensors to monitor the running speed and position of the car in real time to adjust the running speed of the elevator are given.The traction force of elevator is calculated and evaluated.
