摘　　要：甘蔗糖厂锅炉炉前皮带上的燃料蔗渣卸入炉前蔗渣高位管集料斗的工艺设备,国内多为固定导轨与刮料板形式,国外甘蔗糖厂则通用一种气动犁刀式卸料装置,其构造形式、使用性能均有其独特的一面。介绍了埃塞俄比亚OMO-KURAZ 3糖厂改造项目中气动犁刀式蔗渣卸料装置的构造及工作原理,并对其中犁刀改进方案及其效果进行阐述。The fuel bagasse on the belt in front of the furnace of sugarcane factory is unloaded into the feeding hopper of high-position bagasse pipe which in front of the furnace.Sugarcane factories in China normally adopt the type of fixed guide rails and scraper plates.In the meanwhile,it is commonly seen in some sugar factories abroad that a pneumatic plough-type discharging device is adopted,and this device has its unique structure and performance.This paper introduces the application technology of the pneumatic plough-type bagasse discharging device in our OMO-KURAZ 3 sugar factory in Ethiopia and the improvement of the plough coulter.
