中医药现代化危机的根源及发展策略探讨

摘　　要：中医药现代化的主流观点是“积极利用现代科学技术,促进中医药理论和实践的发展,实现中医药现代化”。但是,利用现代科学技术研究中医药,一方面可能导致中医西化而灭亡;另一方面,这种思想指导下揭示出来的真理最多是现代医学的补充,会让中医药在“西医一元观”的误导下走向灭亡。如果不利用现代科学技术发展中医药,在现代医学的冲击下中医药的阵地日益萎缩也会导致中医药日渐衰亡。中医药之所以能延续至今并与现代医学并存,根本原因在于有完全符合事物发展客观规律的理论作支撑。面对强大的现代自然科学理论体系,中医学固有的学术体系日益式微,中医药不可能也没有必要建立一套独立于当今科学体系的并且在深度和广度上与当今科学媲美的新的科学体系。中医药未来如何发展?坚持临床疗效,守住临床阵地,积极创新,掌握话语权直至未来医学发展的主导权,避免成为学术孤岛。The mainstream guideline on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emphasizes on the utilization of scientific technology to promote the modernization of theories and practices in TCM.However,two risks may exist to follow the guideline.On the one hand,it may directly lead to the disappearance of TCM due to the westernization and on the other hand,the achievements from the modernization may induce the extinction of TCM by the misguiding of western medicine.If TCM is not modernized,TCM may fade gradually because of the impact of modern medicine.Actually,TCM and western medicine can coexist because TCM has self-contained and reliable theories that conform to the laws of objects’development.Facing the strong theoretic system of modern nature science,TCM’s primary academic system is declining.But it’s impossible and unnecessary to establish another scientific structure independent of the current scientific system.So,what is the future of TCM?The author believes that the development of TCM must lay a basis on the clinic practice and innovation.Thus,there is a possibility to win a dominant power in medical development and avoid academic isolation.
