摘  要:比较研究发现,目前商法教学中所体现的共性和趋势是案例教学法和思辨式教学法的强化和普及。除了教育学因素外,商法学科在教学改革上体现出来的共性与现代国际商事制度规范的高度趋同化密切相关。针对商法学科自身的特点,我国目前商法教学改革应处理好制度国际化与教学中国化之间的关系:一是在教学方法上弥合理论制度和商事实践的脱节;二是在教学内容和评价体系上注重兼容并绪,采用多元化的方式进行课程考核。It is found that the commonality and trend of commercial law teaching are to strengthen and popularize case teaching method and speculative teaching method.In addition to pedagogical factors,the commonality of commercial law in teaching reform is closely related to the high convergence of norms of modern international business system.According to the characteristics of the subject,the commercial law teaching reform should rationalize the relationship between the internationalization of institutions and the sinicization of teaching.Firstly,the gap between theoretical system and commercial practice in teaching methods should be bridged;secondly,teaching content and evaluation system should be compatible,and curriculum assessment should be conducted in diversified ways.
