摘  要:为培养符合时代需求的高职艺术设计应用型人才,广东科贸职业学院艺术设计专业经过近9年的摸索与实践,逐步形成了“一体两翼四融合”的高职艺术设计专业创新人才培养体系。“一体”即构建了具有广东特色的设计工坊育人平台,探索以“一站式培养+技能竞赛”为双翼驱动的人才培养机制,“四融合”即在人才培养中融入企业人员、企业项目、企业文化、企业标准。有效解决了人才培养模式与市场需求脱节、行业企业缺位、课程项目选择和实施困难、实践环节缺失等问题,促进了产教高度融合,为高职艺术设计专业人才培养提供了重要经验。In order to cultivate innovative and applied talents that meet the needs of the times,the training mode of"one body,two wings and four integrations"for Art Design program has been developed in Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade after nearly nine years of exploration and practice."One body"refers to the design workshop education platform with Guangdong characteristics,"two wings"refer to one-stop training and skill competition based on the design workshop education platform,and"four integrations"refer to the integrations of corporate personnel,corporate projects,corporate culture as well as corporate standards in talent training.This practice has formed a high level integration of industry and education and effectively solved the problems of the disjunction between talent training mode and the market demand,the lack of industry and enterprise participation,the difficulty in selecting and implementing course projects,and the lack of practicum,providing an important Guangdong experience for the training of Art Design majors.
