益肾除颤汤联合左旋多巴片治疗老年帕金森病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾除颤汤联合左旋多巴片治疗老年帕金森患者的疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例老年帕金森病患者,按随机数字表法分对照组与观察组。对照组单纯给予左旋多巴片治疗,观察组给予益肾除颤汤辅助左旋多巴片治疗,治疗2个月后比较两组患者临床症状、临床疗效、血清生化指标和炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗1、2个月后简易精神状态测量量表(MMSE)评分较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05);治疗2个月后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),而血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾除颤汤联合左旋多巴片能有效改善老年帕金森病患者临床症状,改善认知功能,同时能有效调节HCY、BDNF等生化指标及炎症因子表达,提升临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Yishen Chuchan decoction Combined with Levodoba tablets in treatment of senior Parkinson’ s disease.Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with Parkinson’ s disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with levodopa tablets;observation group was treated with Yishen Chuchan decoction on the basis of control group.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical symptoms,clinical efficacies,serum biochemical parameters,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the Mini-Mental State Measurement Scale(MMSE) in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in occurrence rate of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Yishen Chuchan decoction combined with levodopa tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the cognition of senior Parkinson’ s disease,while effectively regulating Hcy,BDNF and other biochemical markers and expression of inflammatory cytokines to enhance clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
