异位甲状腺癌误诊为甲状舌管囊肿一例

摘　　要：患者30岁女性,因"发现颈前肿物1年"入院,入院初步诊断:甲状舌管囊肿,完善相关检查后行手术治疗,术后肿物送病理检查,病理提示:(颈前肿物)甲状腺乳头状癌。本文主要讨论临床中如何避免异位甲状腺癌误诊,为临床治疗提供参考。The patient,a 30-year-old female,was admitted to hospital for"finding anterior cervical mass for 1 year".The preliminary diagnosis was thyroglossal duct cyst,surgical treatment was performed after com-pleting the relevant examinations,and the postoperative tumor was sent to pathological examination,which suggested that it is thyroid papillary carcinoma(anterior cervical mass).This article mainly discusses how to avoid misdiagnosis of ectopic thyroid cancer in clinic,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
