摘 要:近年来,随着近视眼的患病率逐年上升,高度近视眼的患病率也随之增长。高度近视眼的发展,会逐步导致眼底病理性改变,从而影响视功能,造成日常生活质量下降。定期检查高度近视眼的眼底,并获得可靠指标,对全面准确评估高度近视眼的发展程度十分重要。鉴于眼底影像技术能够准确评估眼底结构和眼外形的改变,故该技术在高度近视眼检查中受到高度关注。本文中笔者对光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术、微视野计及眼底自发荧光等多模式眼底影像技术在高度近视眼检查中的应用进展进行综述。In recent years,the prevalence of myopia has been increasing year by year with the prevalence of high myopia(HM).The development of HM will gradually lead to a variety of myopic fundus pathological changes,which affect the visual function,resulting in the decrease in the quality of daily life.It is very important to conduct a comprehensive and accurate assessment of HM by detecting HM and obtaining the reliable results of indicators.Fundus imaging technology enables accurate assessment of fundus structure and eye shape changes.Therefore,it has been paid more attention.This paper focuses on the application of multi-mode fundus imaging techniques such as optical coherence tomography angiography,microperimeter,and autofluorescence in HM,which to refresh the knowledge of multi-mode fundus imaging techniques for the clinical technician.
