摘 要:金属热处理原理产生于19世纪后半叶,20世纪中成长,21世纪初成熟。经历约160年的研究,在科研、生产实践中日臻完善。近代,我国热处理理论落后于西方;解放后,金属热处理原理的研究和应用得到大发展。本文分三个时间段进行了分析阐述,50~60年代学习苏联;80年代学习欧美日;21世纪以来纠正了珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体等相变理论中的错误。建立了新的理论体系,走在了世界前列。The principles of metal heat treatment came from in the second half of the 19 th century,grew up in the middle of the 20 century and matured in the early 21 st century.About 160 years of research,the principles of metal heat treatment have become better and approached perfection in the scientific research and production practice day by day.In modern times,the Chinese theory of heat treatment lagged behind the west.The study and application of the principles of metal heat treatment have gotten a big break after the founding of People’s Republic of China.The paper elaborates the evolution from three time periods that is the stage of learning from the Soviet Union from 1950 s to 1960 s,the stage of learning from Europe,America and Japan in 1980 s,and the stage of the establishment of a new theoretical system in 21 st century.The faults in the theories of pearlite,bainite and martensite phase transformations have corrected and the mature theoretical system has established since the 21 st century.
