摘　　要：目的调查肿瘤科护士姑息护理知信行的现状及分析其影响因素,为肿瘤姑息护理相关培训的开展提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表,姑息护理知识、态度、行为问卷对420名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士姑息护理知识、态度、行为得分分别为(10.97±3.06)分、(29.34±6.84)分、(26.74±3.55)分。多元回归分析显示:影响肿瘤科护士姑息护理知识主要因素有学历、有无培训、职称、护龄,其可解释护士姑息护理知识得分变异的14.7%;影响肿瘤科护士姑息护理态度主要因素有工作强度、职称、医院专业性质,其可解释护士姑息护理态度得分变异的28.3%;影响肿瘤科护士姑息护理行为的主要因素有职称、工作强度及有无培训,其可解释护士姑息护理行为得分变异的30.9%。结论肿瘤科护士姑息护理知识处于中等水平;姑息护理态度处于中等偏低水平;姑息护理行为处于中等偏高水平。利用网络平台等多种形式开展姑息护理培训,提高肿瘤科护士姑息护理知识、态度和行为,以促进姑息护理人才的培养,推动姑息护理事业的发展。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of palliative care by oncology nurses and provide references for the development of palliative care training.Methods The general information questionnaire and the questionnaire on palliative care knowledge,attitude and behavior were used to investigate the palliative care knowledge,attitude and behavior of 420 nurses from oncology department.Results The scores of palliative care-related knowledge,attitude and behavior were(10.97±3.06),(29.34±6.84)and(26.74±3.55),respectively.Multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting their palliative care-related knowledge were educational background,training,professional title and nursing age,which could explain 14.7%of the variation of nurses'palliative care knowledge.The main factors influencing palliative care attitude were work intensity,professional title,western medicine/traditional Chinese medicine hospital,which could explain 28.3%of the variation of nurses'palliative care attitude.The main factors affecting palliative care behavior were the presence or absence of training,professional title and work intensity,which could explain 30.9%of the variation of palliative care behavior score.Conclusions Palliative care-related knowledge of the nurses is at medium level.The attitude of palliative care is at a medium-low level.The palliative care behavior is in the medium high level.Such measures should be taken to promote the cultivation of palliative care talents and promote the development of palliative care as adjusting the working mode of nurses to reduce their working intensity,strengthening the continuing education in the hospital,making full use of the hospital network platform and other forms to carry out palliative care training to improve their attitude,psychology and behavior in palliative care.
