西部政法院校卓越法治人才培养模式的探索和实践  

On the Exploration and Practice of the Mode of Legal Talent Cultivation in Universities and Colleges of Political Science and Law in Western China

摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义推进全面依法治国、"一带一路"建设等重大问题决定赋予了政法院校法治人才培养的新使命,政法院校作为法治人才培养基地应从扎根中国大地、落实卓越法治人才培养计划2.0、加强"德法兼修"、与实务部门构建"协同育人"合作机制、坚持法学学科建设引领、推行法学专业认证和回应社会挑战七个方面促进人才的高质量培养。甘肃政法大学立足西部、着眼交叉,凸显办学特色、构建"德法兼修、协同育人"的培养机制,为培养满足社会需求的合格法治人才进行了探索和实践。In the New Era,a series of decisions on the important social issues,such as,the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,the promotion of rule of law in the country,and the construction of the“Belt and Road”Initiative have granted the new mission of rule of law talent cultivation for the universities and colleges of political science and law.Universities and colleges of political science and law,as the bases of cultivating rule of law talent,should take Chinese mainland as the foundation,and implement the program of cultivating excellent rule of law talent v2.0,strengthen the cultivation of rule of law talent's virtue and law,establish the collaborative mechanism with law enforcement departments,insist the guidance of the discipline of law,promote the authentication of the law major’s education quality and respond to the challenges in society to holistically improve the cultivation quality of rule of law talent.Located in Western China,focusing the cross-disciplinary cultivation orientation,foregrounding the education characteristics,and establishing the cultivation mechanism of“promoting both virtue and law,cultivating collaboratively”,Gansu University of Political Science and Law has made an active exploration and practice to cultivate qualified rule of law talent to meet social needs.
