摘　　要：面对错综复杂的外部环境和国际形势,"一带一路"建设不仅需要法律保驾护航,也对法律人才培养机制提出了新挑战。法律人才培养要树立国际法治观的人才培养理念、紧扣涉外复合型人才培养定位、探索涉外法律课程体系改革、加强涉外法律师资队伍建设和创新涉外法律人才培养渠道。上海政法学院坚持社会需求导向、重视国际化人才培养、依托中国-上合基地,打造协同育人机制,不断为法治人才培养机制改革做出积极探索与实践。Facing the complicated external environment and the international situation,the construction of the“Belt and Road”Initiative not only requires the guarantee of relevant laws,regulations and rules,but also poses new challenges to the mechanism of legal talent cultivation.The cultivation of legal talent should be established on the concept of international rule of law,and closely follow the cultivation orientation of foreign-related compound legal talent.At the same time,the training of legal talent should also explore the reform of the foreign-related legal curriculum system,and strengthen the construction of foreign-related law teachers and the innovation of foreign-related legal talent cultivation channels.Shanghai University of Political Science and Law adheres to the social demand orientation,attaches importance to international talent training,relies on Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),builds a collaborative education mechanism,and continuously explores and practices the reform of the mechanism of rule of law talent cultivation.
