分析腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的技术可行性和安全性

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治手术治疗进展期胃癌治疗的可行性和安全性。方法随机选择我院从2019年1月~2019年8月收入的进展期胃癌患者,共50例,将其平均分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的治疗方式,观察组使用腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治手术的治疗方式,观察两组患者最终治疗的安全性和可行性。结果观察组与对照组相比,术后恢复情况较好,治疗有效率也较高,各项指标有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治手术法应用在进展期胃癌治疗中,最终治疗效果较好,也较为安全,可以广泛应用在进展期胃癌治疗中。Objective To study the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic assisted small incision radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.The control group used traditional treatment methods.The observation group used laparoscopic assisted small incision radical gastrectomy for the treatment of the disease,and observed the safety and feasibility of the final treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had better recovery after operation and the treatment efficiency was higher.The indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopically assisted small incision gastric cancer radical surgery is applied in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.The final treatment is better and safer,and it can be widely used in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
