Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram, changes of myocardial enzymes and related factors in patients with alcohol dependence. Methods The random number table method was used to select 80 patients with alcohol dependence who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 as the dependent group, and 60 healthy patients who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period without drinking or occasional drinking were selected. The healthy group was compared with the ECG and myocardial enzymes of the two groups, and the effects of drinking years and alcohol consumption on ECG and myocardial enzymes were investigated. Results The abnormal rate of ECG in the alcohol dependent group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the healthy group, and the ST-T change rate was 43.75%.The incidence of left ventricular high voltage was 11.25%,which were significantly higher than those in the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.821,7.882,8.217,P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term drinking of alcohol-dependent people will affect the cardiovascular system, leading to abnormal ECG and myocardial damage.
