摘　　要：针对热轧钢卷生产中存在偏码、错码、漏码等问题,设计了一套基于机器人的热轧钢卷自动激光打码系统,通过机器人携带激光打码机在热轧钢卷的侧面打上编码信息。经过大量的前期仿真和现场调试,设备已经成功应用到了实际生产。In order to solve the problem of deviation code,error code and missing code in hot-rolled steel coil production,a set of automatic laser coding system for hot-rolled steel coil based on robot is designed.After a lot of early simulation and field debugging,the equipment has been successfully applied to actual production.
