摘　　要：供应链金融旨在解决由于存货积压或赊销贸易而导致的供应链成员企业可用资金紧张的问题,由此衍生出企业的运营、营销与财务决策的交叉研究,受到学者们的日益关注。文章通过对国内外供应链金融相关文献的系统回顾,从研究边界、演进趋势、研究方法和研究主题四个方面呈现了较全面的供应链金融研究框架。概括总结了供应链金融的内涵,统计分析了供应链金融的文献特征,归纳了供应链金融的研究方法及其适用领域,梳理了代表性的研究主题及其理论成果。有助于为供应链金融的学术研究提供一个较完善的全景视图,有利于厘清该领域的研究脉络,把握发展趋势,为后续的研究打下基础。Supply chain finance aims to solve the problem of shortage of available funds for supply chain member due to inventory backlogs or credit sales.The interfaces of operations,marketing and financial decisions in an enterprise is derived from this.It has attracted increasing attention from scholars.Through a systematic review of domestic and foreign literatures related to supply chain finance,a more comprehensive research framework about supply chain finance is presented from four aspects:research boundaries,evolution trends,research methods,and research topics.It summarizes and proposes the connotation of supply chain finance,statistically analyzes the literature characteristics of supply chain finance,generalizes the research methods and applicable fields of supply chain finance,and sorts the representative research topics and their theoretical achievements.It is helpful to provide a more complete panoramic view for the academic research of supply chain finance,and is also beneficial to clarify the research context in this field,grasp the development trend,and lay the foundation for subsequent research.
