摘　　要：为掌握云南不同生态区烟叶主要品质性状差异,系统分析了滇东、滇中、滇西和滇西南生态区共计482个中部原烟样品外观质量、化学成分和感官质量间的差异以及烟气品质与化学成分相关性。结果表明,4个生态区中部烟叶的外观质量综合得分、烟碱、糖碱比、钾氯比无显著差异,滇东、滇西和滇西南生态区中部叶烟气品质综合得分无显著差异,烟叶清甜香和青香香韵均由滇中向滇东、滇西和滇西南逐渐减弱,劲头由滇东经滇中向滇西南逐渐增强。滇中烟叶的清甜香韵、香气质、香气量、余味以及烟气品质综合得分均极显著高于其他生态区;滇西南烟叶的木香香韵极显著高于滇西,钾含量和劲头显著高于滇东;滇西烟叶总糖含量极显著高于滇中,还原糖和钾含量极显著高于滇东和滇中,总氮含量极显著低于其他生态区。逐步回归分析表明,降低糖碱比值、提高氮碱比值将显著改善滇东、滇西生态区烟气综合品质。In order to clarify the differences of major quality characters among flue-cured tobacco leaves grown in different ecological regions of Yunnan province,appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality among 482 samples of middle flue-cured tobacco leaves taken from east,center,west and southwest regions of Yunnan were systematically analyzed and comparatively studied.The correlation between smoking quality and chemical composition was further carried out.Results showed that no significant differences were found in the nicotine content,sugar-alkali ratio,K/Cl and the comprehensive appearance quality among middle leaves from four different regions,and that middle leaves from east,west and southwest Yunnan were comparable in overall smoke quality.The fresh-sweet and green notes all decreased gradually in leaves from center,east,west,and southwest of Yunnan,while the cigarette impact increased gradually in leaves from the east,the center and the southwest of Yunnan.The scores of sweet fragrance,aroma quality,aroma quantity,aftertaste and the comprehensive scores of smoke quality were given higher for leaves from center Yunnan than for the others.The woody note of leaves in southwest Yunnan was very significantly higher than those from eastern Yunnan and its potassium content together with smoke strength were higher than those in western Yunnan.The total sugar content in leaves from west Yunnan was significantly higher than those from center Yunnan,and the reducing sugar as well as potassium content were significantly higher than leaves from east and center of Yunnan.However,its total nitrogen content was significantly lower than samples from other regions.Stepwise regression analysis showed that comprehensive smoking quality of tobacco leaves in the east and west regions of Yunnan could be improved by reducing sugar-alkali ratio and increasing nitrogen-alkali ratio.
