摘 要:目的有效衰减火力发射车火力发射过程中座椅冲击加速度过载,保障作业人员安全,解决冲击加速度过大可能对人体造成的损伤问题。方法于2017年基于振动力学与流体力学原理,采用阻尼液、截锥弹簧与橡胶件结合的结构形式进行复合橡胶减振器设计。根据载荷特点对复合橡胶减振器与座椅进行组合设计,形成乘员座椅防冲击减振装置设计方案。结果产品样机经多次台架试验和外场试验,冲击减振率在80.28%~99.15%之间。结论该乘员座椅防冲击减振装置可明显减小发射时座椅所受的冲击加速度强度,有效保护乘员作业安全。Objective To effectively attenuate the impact acceleration overload of the occupant seat in the process of fire launching,ensure the safety of the occupant,and solve the damage of the occupant caused by the excessive acceleration during the fire launching.Methods Based on the principles of vibration mechanics and fluid mechanics,this paper designed a composite rubber spring damper with a combination of damping fluid,truncated cone spring and rubber parts in 2017.The combination design of the composite rubber spring damper and the seat was conducted according the load characteristics,to form the antiimpact device design of the occupant seat.Results The prototype has been tested in bench and field for many times,and the damping rates were between 80.28%and 99.15%.Conclusion The anti-impact device design can significantly reduce the impact acceleration intensity during the launching,and can effectively protect the safety of the occupant.
