摘 要:目的探讨"四法并举"教育模式对大学生心理健康教育的主要作用。方法随机选取2017年3月-2019年3月在该院实习的大学生60名,按照随机数字表法将学生分为G组和K组,G组采取"四法并举"教育模式,K组采取常规教学模式,每组30名。分别判断两组大学生的心理健康教育水平。结果 G组学生SCL-90评分为(131.42±25.43)分,SAS评分为(35.14±6.81)分,LES评分为(44.63±7.46)分,SDS评分为(35.37±7.36)分。K组学生SCL-90评分为(148.77±26.32)分,SAS评分为(42.85±6.77)分,LES评分为(89.37±4.11)分,SDS评分为(42.68±7.22)分;两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用"四法并举"的教育模式,可以帮助大学生心理问题及时排解和疏导,释放学生心理压力,提高大学生的心理健康水平。Objective To explore the main effects of the four laws of simultaneous education on college students'mental health education.Methods Sixty college students who were interned in the college from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected,and the students were divided into Group G and Group K according to the random number table method.Group G adopted four methods and education mode,and group K adopted conventional teaching mode,30 cases in each group.Determine the mental health education level of the two groups of college students respectively.Results SCL-90 score of group G students was(131.42±25.43)points,SAS score was(35.14±6.81)points,LES score was(44.63±7.46)points,and SDS score was(35.37±7.36).The SCL-90 score of group K students was(148.77±26.32),the SAS score was(42.85±6.77)points,the LES score was(89.37±4.11)points,and the SDS score was(42.68±7.22)points.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"Four Laws"education model can help college students to resolve and guide their psychological problems in a timely manner,release their psychological pressure,and improve their mental health.
