摘　　要："寻根"是一种民族意识的觉醒,从审美中找寻历史的因子,是一种文化想象在全球化语境中的自我投射和显影。20世纪的中国文学,是一个由古代文学向现代文学转变的过程,也是知识分子在中西文化撞击中,探寻民族理想、形成民族意识,并最终确立民族身份认同的过程。以传统文明为参照反思现代文明的得失,在全球化到来之际寻找民族传统之根,弘扬民族文化,重构民族精神。当知识分子把"寻根"作为社会变革时期内心激荡的精神家园时,文学的"寻根"也被赋予了长久"在路上"的特质。寻根文学既接续传统,又面向未来,它已内化为一个文明大国的话语表述和价值体系,彰显着中华文明与中国智慧。"Root seeking"is the awakening of national consciousness.It is a kind of self projection and development of cultural imagination in the context of globalization to find the historical factors from aesthetics.Chinese literature in the 20th century is a process of transformation from ancient literature to modern literature.It is also a process for intellectuals to explore national ideals,form national consciousness and finally establish national identity in the collision of Chinese and Western cultures.With the reference of traditional civilization,we should reflect on the gains and losses of modern civilization,find the root of national tradition,carry forward national culture and reconstruct national spirit when globalization comes.When intellectuals regard"seeking root"as the spiritual home of inner agitation in the period of social change,the"seeking root"of literature is also endowed with the characteristic of"on the road"for a long time.The root seeking literature not only continues the tradition,but also faces the future.It has been internalized as a discourse expression and value system of a civilized country,which shows the Chinese civilization and Chinese wisdom.
