《金匮要略》方在绝经综合征中的应用

摘　　要：绝经综合征病机为阴阳失衡。心肺阴虚者,属《金匮要略》“百合病”“脏躁”范畴,采用百合地黄汤清心润肺滋阴,甘麦大枣汤养心补脾滋阴。阳虚者,属《金匮要略》“奔豚气”范畴,治宜泻肾水,补心阳,方用茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤通阳降逆利水。阴血亏虚者,属《金匮要略》“血痹虚劳”范畴,方用酸枣仁汤养血虚敛阴气。气虚卫表不固者,属《金匮要略》“湿病”范畴,方用防己黄芪汤益气实卫除湿。阴阳两虚者,属《金匮要略》“虚劳”范畴,方用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤调阴阳和荣卫。The pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome is the imbalance of yin and yang.In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,yin deficiency of the heart and lung belongs to"lily disease"and"visceral agitation"scope,so Lily Bulb and Rehmannia Decoction can be used to clear away the heart-fire,moisten the lung and nourish yin;Licorice and Wheat and Jujube Decoction can be used to nourish the heart,spleen and yin.Yang deficiency belongs to"running-pig syndrome",and the treatment should focus on purging kidney water and nourishing heart yang.Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Licorice and Fructus Jujubae Decoction can be used to dredge yang,descend counter-flow of qi and promote urination.Yin and blood deficiency belongs to the scope of blood stasis and consumptive disease.Sour Jujube Decoction can be used to nourish blood and astringe yin qi.Qi deficiency leading to insecurity of defensive exterior belongs to the scope of consumptive disease.Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Os Draconis and Oyster Shell can be used to regulate yin and yang and support defensive qi.
