摘　　要：拥有3000多家法人机构的中国农村合作金融系统,随着股权改造和农商行改制深入推进,整体而言,基本实现"资本充足,治理良好,内控严密,监管指标达标"的目标,对我国农村金融和普惠金融发展做出不可替代的贡献.随着成都农商行、伊川农商行等个别机构风险事件的出现,如何防止外部大股东操控,股权管理成为当前重点治乱的对象.On Optimization Strategy of Equity Management of Agricultural Commercial Bank China's niral cooperative financial system,with more than 3000 legal entities,has an irreplaceable contribution to the development of rural finance and Inclusive Finance in China.But at the same time,how to optimize equity management is also the top priority of the current development of our agricultural commercial banks.We need to achieve the goal of scientific decision-making,which is also the demonstration of the importance of equity management.
