摘  要:研究了以玉米淀粉为原料,用次氯酸钠作氧化剂,对玉米淀粉进行改性的制备工艺条件,探讨了NaClO的用量、反应体系pH值和反应时间对玉米淀粉氧化反应的影响,正交实验设计结果表明次氯酸钠氧化玉米淀粉的最佳组合是A3B2C1,即最佳反应条件是pH为10,NaClO的用量是15%,反应时间30min,此时氧化淀粉的羧基含量最大。运用了红外光谱仪对改性前后玉米淀粉的结构进行表征,发现改性后玉米淀粉的羟基有部分被氧化成羧基。氧化淀粉羧基含量最大为0.78%的样品应用在造纸实验中发现不同氧化淀粉添加量所抄制纸页的强度和抗水性相比空白样都有所提高,当添加量为1.5%时,纸页抗张指数和耐破指数比空白样分别提高29%和37%,效果相对最好。Using corn starch as raw materials and sodium hypochlorite as oxidizing agent,the preparation conditions of the corn starch modification were studied.The effect of the dosage of NaClO,the pH value of reaction system and reaction time on the oxidation of corn starch has been studied.Orthogonal design of experiment results showed that the best combination of corn starch oxidizing was A3 B2 C1.That was pH value 10,the dosage of NaClO 15%,the reation time 30 min.At this time,the carboxyl content of the oxidized starch was the largest.The structure of the corn starch before and after modification was characterized by infrared spectrometer.It was found that some hydroxyl groups of the corn starch were oxidized to carboxyl group after modification.When the content of carboxyl group in oxidized starch was 0.78%,the strength and water resistance of the paper made from the samples with different amount of oxidized starch were higher than those of the blank samples.When the amount of oxidized starch was 1.5%,the tensile index and bursting index of the paper were 29%and 37%higher than those of the blank samples,respectively,with the best effect.
