摘 要:为了实现磁化器的轻量化,提出一种基于永磁铁和电磁铁复合磁化的方法,优化设计了磁化器及其结构,结合有限元法对多种磁化方案进行了比较分析,结果表明:永磁铁和电磁铁复合磁化器具有体积小、质量小、结构简单等特点。通过进一步优化结构参数,实现了油井管通孔、内盲孔等缺陷的漏磁检测,并进一步验证了该复合磁化器的磁化能力。与穿过式线圈磁化器相比,该复合磁化器质量减小了50%以上,更加便携;与永磁式磁化器相比,该磁化器的拆卸吸力小,更便于作业时的装卸。In order to realize the lightweight design of the magnetizer,a method based on the composite magnetization of permanent magnet and electromagnet was proposed to optimize the design of the magnetizer and its structure.With comparison and analysis of various magnetization schemes combined with finite element method,the results show that the permanent magnet and electromagnet have the characteristics of small size,light weight and simple structure.The structural parameters are further optimized and shown to meet magnetic flux leakage detection requirements for defects such as oil well pipe through holes and inner blind holes,so as to verify the magnetization ability of the composite magnetizer.Compared with the through-coil magnetizer,the mass of the compound magnetizer is reduced by more than 50%,which is more conducive to the carrying and operation of the instrument.Compared with the permanent magnet magnetizer,the suction force while disassembling the magnetizer is small,which is more convenient for operation.
