摘 要:针对传统流量计存在精度低、适应性不强以及结构复杂等缺点,设计了一种高精度便携式涡街流量计。系统以低功耗处理器MSP430为控制核心,利用“卡门涡街”原理实现流量的测量,利用压电传感器实现待测流体频率的测量,通过传感器组测量待测管道中流体的温度、压力值,采用IAPWA-IF97公式来补偿待测流体的密度,最终计算出待测液体的流量值。实际测试结果表明,系统能有效地测出待测管道中的液体流量,且测量精度高,误差小于1%。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional flowmeter,such as low precision,weak adaptability and complex structure,a kind of high precision portable vortex street flowmeter was designed.The system took the low-power processor MSP430 as the control core,realized the flow measurement by using the principle of“kamen vortex street”,and compensated the density of the liquid to be measured by measuring the temperature and pressure of the fluid in the pipeline to be measured by the sensor.LAPWA-IF97 formula was used to calculate the specific volume of the liquid to be measured,and finally calculates the flow value of the liquid to be measured.The actual test results show that the system can effectively measure the liquid flow in the pipeline to be measured,and the measurement accuracy is high,the error is less than 1%.
