摘　　要：目的建立保健酒九叶酒中标志性成分淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用XSelect■ CSH C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70,V/V),流速为1. 0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为270 nm,进样量为10μL。结果色谱峰分离度良好,淫羊藿苷质量浓度在5. 166 9~206. 674 8μg/mL(r=0. 999 5)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为100. 57%,RSD为0. 83%(n=9)。结论该方法可用于九叶酒的质量控制及生产过程控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the content determination of icariin in the Jiuye Wine.Methods An XSelect■CSH C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶70,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The chromatographic peak separation was good;the icariin concentration in 5.1669-206.6748μg/mL showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9995),the average recovery was 100.57%,RSD was 0.83%(n=9).Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control and production process control of Jiuye Wine.
