摘 要:针对环锥行星式无级变速机构中存在摩擦功耗大、效率低的缺点,在其主体结构不变的基础上,用锥齿轮传动代替其中的摩擦轮传动,在分析了新型行星锥齿轮无级变速机构的结构特点、运动学关系的基础上,进一步研究了机构的过零调速机理、传动效率在调速过程中的变化规律。研究结果表明行星锥齿轮无级变速机构较原机构的调速性能有较大改善,调速范围更大,能实现过零调速;机构传动效率随接触半径的变化呈明显的分段变化规律,为防止效率过低,行星锥齿轮无级变速机构应当避免工作在输出转速低于100rad/min的场合。In view of the disadvantages of large friction power consumption and low efficiency for annular tapered planetary continuously variable mechanism,friction wheel drive is replaced by bevel gear transmission with its main structure invariant.On the basis of analysis of its structure and kinematics relation,the zero crossing adjustable speed regulation and the rule of transmission efficiency in the process of speed regulation are further studied in this paper.The research results show that the speed regulation performance of the planetary bevel gear continuously variable mechanism is greatly improved compared with the original mechanism,and the speed regulation range is larger,and it can realize zero crossing speed regulation;the transmission efficiency of the mechanism changes in sections with the change of contact radius.In order to avoid low efficiency,the planetary bevel gear continuously variable mechanism should avoid working in the situation where the output speed is lower than 100rad/min.
