摘 要:目的探讨基因芯片技术在自然流产胚胎染色体分析中的应用。方法选取70例早期自然流产患者为研究对象,提取流产胚胎组织基因组DNA,采用基因芯片技术进行全基因组染色体检测。结果基因芯片技术检测70例早期自然流产胚胎组织基因,21例正常,49例异常;其中38例为染色体数目异常,11例为染色体结构异常。38例染色体数目异常中,三倍体4例,非整倍体34例;11例染色体结构异常中,10例出现微缺失或微重复,1例为染色体结构复杂异常。结论基因芯片技术对自然流产患者胚胎组织的全基因组染色体分析具有准确性高、检出率高的特点,在流产病因解释、遗传咨询、产前诊断、再次生育指导等方面具有临床应用的价值。Objective To study the application of gene chip technology in spontaneous abortion embryo.Methods A total of 70 cases of early spontaneous abortion were selected.Genomic DNA was extracted from aborted embryo,and the whole genome chromosome was detected by gene chip technology.Results The results of gene chip technology showed that 21 cases were normal and 49 cases were abnormal,38 cases were chromosome number abnormality and 11 cases were chromosome structure abnormality.Among 38 cases of chromosome number abnormality,4 cases were triploid and 34 cases were aneuploid.Among 11 cases of chromosome structural abnormality,10 cases had microdeletion or microduplication,and one case had complex chromosome structural abnormality.Conclusions Gene chip technology had the characteristics of high accuracy and high detection rate for the whole genome chromosome analysis of the embryo tissue of the patients with spontaneous abortion.It had the clinical application value in the explanation of the cause of abortion,genetic consultation,prenatal diagnosis,reproduction guidance and so on.
