摘 要:法律职业能力是法学教育的重要内容和法科学生的核心素养。教育理念、教育模式、教学体系是限制我国法学职业教育发展的重要因素。法学教育具有教育属性和专业属性,其基本功能是促进人的发展和社会发展。应以法律职业能力为抓手,实现法学教育与法律职业的衔接。国家层面应抓好职业教育标准的顶层设计,省级政府应加强区域教育资源统筹,高校应从实施"4+4"人才培养模式、重构以职业能力为核心的课程体系、构建教学保障体系、创新人才质量监控机制等方面实现转型升级。Legal professional competence is an important content of legal education and the core quality of law students.The educational idea,educational mode and teaching system are the important factors that limit the development of legal vocational education in China.Legal education has educational and professional attributes,and its basic function is to promote human development and social development.We should take the legal profession ability as the starting point to realize the link between legal education and legal profession.The national level should pay attention to the top design of vocational education standard;Provincial governments should strengthen the overall planning of regional educational resources;Colleges and universities should implement the"4+4"talent training mode,reconstruct the curriculum system with vocational ability as the core,construct the teaching guarantee system,and innovate the talent quality monitoring mechanism.
