摘 要:目前全国各附属医院普遍采用受训人员满意度或训后考试成绩来评价附属医院临床教师培训项目效果,该评价方法过于简单、评价维度不够广。以柯氏评估模型(Kirkpatrick Model)为指导,参考教育学、教育心理学的普适性要求,通过2轮专家咨询,并结合层次分析法构建附属医院临床教师培训项目效果评价指标体系,该指标体系包括一级指标4个、二级指标11个、三级指标43个。该指标体系体现了行为和结果的重要性,重视附属医院临床教师在培训中的个人受益,三级指标对改善教学活动有指导意义,具有较强的可操作性和实用性,可为提高临床教师的教学能力和加强师资队伍的建设提供参考。At present, the satisfaction of trainees or the results of post-training examinations are generally used to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical teacher training projects in affiliated hospitals in China. However, the evaluation method is too simple and the evaluation is not broad enough. Guided by Kirkpatrick’s theory, referring to the general requirements of pedagogy and educational psychology, through two rounds of expert consultations and combined with analytic hierarchy process, this study constructs an evaluation index system of clinical teacher training project in affiliated hospitals, which includes four first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators. This index system reflects the importance of behavior and results. It attaches importance to the personal benefits of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals. The three-level index has guiding significance for improving teaching activities. It has strong operability and practicability. It can provide reference for improving clinical teachers’ teaching ability and strengthening the construction of teaching staff.
