摘　　要：COVID-19疫情期间,医院急诊科面临人员聚集度高、急诊承接能力下降、院感风险增大、医务人员短缺等诸多困难。医院急诊科从完善工作制度和应急预案、优化诊疗区域、强化工作人员管理等要点入手,以急诊工作专家组为核心加快患者周转等方面制定方案并实施,避免院内交叉感染或聚集性发病,同时有效保障急诊医疗工作正常运转,保障医患安全。During the COVID-19 epidemic,the emergency department of the hospital was faced with many difficulties,such as assembly of people,reduction of emergency response capacity,increase of nosocomial infection risk,and shortage of medical personnel.The emergency department of the hospital set about solving these difficulties from the points of improving the work system and emergency plan,optimizing the diagnosis and treatment area,and strengthening the management of the staff.The emergency work expert group was set up as the core to formulate and implement the work plan which included speeding up the patient turnover and other aspects.The aim of the work plan was to avoid cross-infection or aggregative outbreak,effectively ensure the normal operation of emergency medical work and ensure the safety of medical staff and patients.
