摘　　要：客户满意率是特种设备生产和充装单位质量目标之一,对客户满意率相关内容进行分析,有助于提高特种设备生产和充装单位服务质量,持续满足客户要求。本文就客户满意度调查项目等进行分析,并提出客户满意率考核建议。Customer satisfaction rate is one of the quality objectives of special equipment production and filling units.The analysis of the content related to customer satisfaction rate is helpful to improve the service quality of licensing units and continuously meet customer requirements.This paper analyzes the items of customer satisfaction survey,and puts forward suggestions for the assessment of customer satisfaction rate.
