摘 要:目的研究抑郁障碍患者的事件相关电位,探讨其脑电生理特点,为进一步了解抑郁障碍患者认知功能及辅助诊断提供参考。方法选取东莞市第七人民医院2019年1~12月收治的60例抑郁障碍患者纳入研究组,同时选取40例健康志愿者纳入对照组。检测两组受试者的事件相关诱发电位,并对比分析其失匹配负波(MMN)、认知电位P300、感觉门控电位P50的特点。结果研究组患者MMN的潜伏期为(214.56±25.17) ms,明显长于对照组的(199.15±17.21) ms,MMN的波幅为(3.64±0.83)μV,明显低于对照组的(5.63±0.96)μV,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者N1潜伏期与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组和对照组受试者在P2 [(167.78±9.99) ms vs(162.08±15.90) ms]、N2 [(220.29±19.20) ms vs (202.85±14.15) ms]、P3a [(341.13±24.32) ms vs (309.30±18.54) ms]、P3b[(363.18±25.94) ms vs (331.50±22.65) ms]的潜伏期比较,研究组明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者P300各时期的波幅均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组受试者的S1-P50、S2-P50潜伏期比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的S2-P50波幅为(2.61±0.32)μV,明显低于同组S1-P50波幅[(3.66±0.28)μV],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的S2-P50波幅为(2.61±0.32)μV,明显高于对照组S2-P50的波幅[(1.39±0.41)μV],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的S2/S1为(65.48±7.99)%,明显高于对照组的(39.21±8.45)%,S1-S2为(1.24±0.27)μV,明显低于对照组的(2.51±0.33)μV,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的P50抑制度为(34.52±7.99)%,明显低于对照组的(60.79±8.45)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁障碍患者存在一定程度的认知功能损害,事件诱发电位作为一种客观的神经电生理指标,有助于抑郁障碍患者的早期诊断与干预,可作为评估其认知功能的客观指标,为临床辅�Objective To study the event-related potentials of patients with depressive disorders and to explore the electrophysiological characteristics of their brains,and to provide a reference for further understanding the cognitive function and auxiliary diagnosis of patients with depressive disorders.Methods From January to December 2019,sixty patients with depressive disorders admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Dongguan were included in the study group,and 40 healthy volunteers were included in the control group.The event-related evoked potentials of the two groups of subjects were detected,and the characteristics of their mismatch negative wave(MMN),cognitive potential P300,and sensory gated potential P50 were compared and analyzed.Results The latency of MMN in the study group was(214.56±25.17)ms,which was significantly longer than(199.15±17.21)ms in the control group,and the amplitude of MMN was(3.64±0.83)μv,which was significantly lower than(5.63±0.96)μv of the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in N1 latency between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);the latencies of P2,N2,P3a,P3b in the study group were(167.78±9.99)ms,(220.29±19.20)ms,(341.13±24.32)ms,(363.18±25.94)ms,respectively,which were significantly longer than corresponding(162.08±15.90)ms,(202.85±14.15)ms,(309.30±18.54)ms,(331.50±22.65)ms in the control group(all P<0.05);the amplitude of P300 in the study group in each period was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the S1-P50 and S2-P50 latency between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);the S2-P50 amplitude of the study group was(2.61±0.32)μv,which was significantly lower than(3.66±0.28)μv of the same group(P<0.05);the S2-P50 amplitude of the study group was(2.61±0.32)μv,which was significantly higher than(1.39±0.41)μv of the control group(P<0.05);the S2/S1 of the study group was(65.48±7.99)%,which was significantly higher than(39.21±8.45)%of the control group,and
