摘 要:通过文献资料法、问卷调查法,以福建省部分高校教师作为研究对象,采用描述性统计和皮尔逊积差相关分析,对高校知识管理与冲突管理模式的现状及相关情形进行的研究结果表明:高校对于知识管理的整体知觉呈现良好的情形,知识取得与知识蓄积在高校知识管理层面中有较高认知程度;高校进行冲突管理以逃避模式层面比例较高,冲突管理整体倾向温和的知觉;高校知识管理的四个层面皆与学校冲突管理各层面有相关存在,高校知识管理认知程度越高,对冲突管理的合作与妥协层面知觉越高。高校可运用冲突管理的正面观念、重视与规划人力资源、建立与落实评价制度等措施。Through the methods of documentary data and questionnaire survey,some college teachers in Fujian Province are taken as research objects,and descriptive statistics and Pearson product difference correlation analysis are used to explore the status and related situations of knowledge management and conflict management models in universities.It shows that the overall perception of knowledge management in colleges and universities presents a good situation.Knowledge acquisition and knowledge accumulation have a high degree of cognition in the level of knowledge management in colleges and universities;the proportion of conflict management in colleges and universities to avoid the mode level is high,and the overall trend of conflict management is moderate;the four levels of knowledge management in colleges and universities are related to all levels of conflict management in colleges and universities.The higher the cognitive level is,the higher the awareness of cooperation and compromise is.Some suggestions are put forward,such as cultivating positive ideas of conflict management,attaching importance to and planning human resources,establishing and implementing evaluation system.
