摘  要:人眼波前像差测量技术的研究已经有一个多世纪的历史。随着科技和医学的不断进步,人眼波前像差测量技术已经能提供客观、实时、准确的测量结果,近年来被广泛应用于眼科临床视觉质量的评估、屈光手术设计、人工晶状体个体化选择以及一些眼部疾病的诊治等。目前应用于临床的波前像差仪的种类繁多,其设计原理主要包括Hartmann-Shack原理、Tscherning原理、光路追迹(Ray-tracing)原理、视网膜检影镜双程技术原理等。本文将对波前像差仪的历史、分类、测量原理以及在眼科临床工作中的应用进展进行综述。The research on wavefront aberration measurement techniques has experienced more than a century.With the continuous progress of techniques and medicine,wavefront aberration measurement techniques are widely used in the evaluation of visual quality,refractive surgery design,the individual selection of intraocular lens and the diagnosis and treatment of some eye diseases in clinic due to objective,real-time and accurate measurement results.There are various types of aberrometers,which are mainly based on Hartmann-Shack,Tscherning,Ray-tracing and retinal ophthalmoscope two-way technology principle.This paper briefly reviewed introduced the development history,classification,measurement principles and applications of aberrometers in ophthalmology.
